NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the
Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Vesting of Shares under the Severn Trent Share Matching Plan ("SMP")
On 15 June 2016, the Trustee transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 2,931 Shares for nil consideration to participants in the SMP, pursuant to awards made under the SMP in 2013, including 1,893 Shares to PDMRs as indicated in the table below.
