Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 14 December 2020 that the following Person Closely Associated ("PCA") exercised their options over Ordinary Shares of 97 17/19p each (the "Shares") pursuant to the Company's 2017 Sharesave scheme as detailed below.
James Jesic's PCA (spouse), Natalie Jesic, exercised her 2017 Sharesave scheme options and retained all resultant shares.

The Company also received notification on the same day that Natalie Jesic's beneficial interest in 119 Ordinary Shares of 97 17/19p previously awarded under the Severn Trent Share Incentive Plan ("SIP shares") and held in trust by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited ("SIP Trustee") had been transferred directly into her own name. Following the transfer, her resultant interest in shares shown in the table above comprises Ordinary Shares of 97 17/19p only.
Since becoming a PDMR in December 2017, James Jesic has retained all Company shares acquired as a result of discretionary awards vesting or options being exercised under the Company's share plans, net of related tax and National Insurance liabilities arising. His resultant interest in shares shown in the table above includes 135 SIP shares (acquired prior to becoming a PDMR) which are held by the SIP Trustee on his behalf.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
