Confirmation of Directorate Change/Notification of Board Committee Change
Further to the announcement of the appointment of James Bowling made on 20 October 2014, Severn Trent Plc confirms the following:-
James will join Severn Trent Plc on 16 March 2015 and following a handover period with Mike McKeon he will become an executive director of Severn Trent Plc and assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2015.
Mike will step down from the Board on the same date, but will remain with the business until May 2015 to assist Liv Garfield, Chief Executive, in the delivery of key strategic projects.
The information required to be made available under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 in relation to Mike McKeon's retirement will be made available on Severn Trent Plc's website at the time at which he ceases to be a director.
No other information is required to be discussed pursuant to LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in relation to this change.
Severn Trent Plc also announces that Martin Lamb, independent non executive director and senior independent director today became a member of the Audit Committee.
