Partial cancellation of the Loan Participation Notes due to 2017, 2018 and 2022 (Replacement)

On the 24th March 2016 PАО Severstal announced partial cancellation of the three series of Loan Participation Notes due 2017, 2018 and 2022 issued by Steel Capital S.A. (the "Issuer") for financing loans to Severstal, that took place 23rd March 2016 (the "Cancellation").
PAO Severstal hereby notifies of the corrected details of the Cancellation of the relevant series of the Notes in the table below:
