NOTIFICATION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE

DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Company has today been advised that on 22 March 2010 the Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee") purchased 1,474,172 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2½p each at 356.5p per share.

Following the purchase, the potential beneficial interest of all the Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by the Trustee is 8,462,965 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
