NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER
Sovereign Metals Limited (ASX: SVM, AIM: SVML, OTCQX: SVMLF) (Sovereign or the Company) advises that it was notified today via the filing of a Form 604 with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that Sprott Inc. and each of its controlled bodies (Sprott) provided a notice of change of interests of substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 31 August 2024, having decreased its shareholding in the Company from 43,653,965 ordinary shares, representing 7.88% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of its previous notice, to 40,033,294 ordinary shares, representing 6.70% of the Company's issued share capital, via on market purchases and disposals, and changes in account status or transfers - which occurred between 10 August 2023 - 31 August 2024.
