Net Asset Value at 31 December 2020
Starvest PLC (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed specialist mining and resources investment business, announces a Net Asset Value update as at 31 December 2020.
Callum Baxter, Chairman and CEO, commented: "We are pleased to report that Starvest has demonstrated continued significant growth in the fiscal quarter to 31 December 2020. The trading portfolio value and company net asset value have each increased by approximately 75% over the quarter to 31 December 2020, adding to the gains in the preceding quarters. Over the twelve months to 31 Dec 2020 the share price increased fifteen-fold. Our outlook for gold remains favourable and our decision to refocus our investment portfolio toward gold stocks over recent years has proven a rewarding strategy. In particular, Greatland Gold plc continues to be the principal driver of the portfolio's appreciation with the initial Havieron resource of 4.2Moz gold equivalent* announced in December 2020 and additional Joint Venture and Farm-In deals with its major partner Newcrest Mining Ltd.**"
