Appointment of Director
Starvest PLC (LON:SVE) the London Stock Exchange AIM quoted investment company is pleased to announce the appointment of Gemma Cryan as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today's date.
Gemma Marie Cryan, aged 39, holds formal qualifications in geology including BSc Hons in Earth Sciences and has over 15 years industry experience. Having worked initially in the oil and gas industry, she moved to mineral exploration where she has worked with private and public companies throughout North America, Europe, Australasia and Africa. Her time has been spent both in the field, and in management roles assisting with corporate matters. Gemma is well versed in pre-IPO activities and early stage mineral ventures. She brings focussed relevant experience to Starvest's operations and the board looks forward to welcoming her as an integral part of the team.
There is no further information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
