Update on the Second General Meeting
Starvest Plc (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed specialist mining and resources investment company, announces that following the cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's shares on AIM, scheduled for 7am on 29 November 2023, the Company will no longer make public announcements via a Regulatory Information Service.
As a result, the notice of the Second General Meeting, which will consider the resolutions to put the Company into a solvent members' voluntary liquidation and appoint the Liquidators, will be posted to Shareholders and uploaded to the website in due course.
