Trading Update

Servoca, the specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces an update on trading following its year end of 30 September.

The Company is pleased to report that, despite challenging conditions in parts of their Public Sector recruitment operations, results for the year will be in line with expectations. The recent acquisition of the domiciliary care business has been integrated well into the Group and is performing ahead of expectations in its first few months of trading. The Board continues to review opportunities to broaden Servoca's substantial revenue base in the outsourcing and recruitment services market.

Servoca expects to announce its preliminary results to 30 September 2010 in late January 2011.
