Total voting rights
Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that on 29 March 2018 the total number of voting rights in the Company is 122,029,085 (excluding the 3,546,868 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
