Result of AGM and Trading Update

Servoca (AIM: SVCA) announces that at its AGM held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

The Board is pleased to report that trading in the first quarter of the year is in line with internal expectations.

Servoca notes the recent liquidation of Carillion PLC to which its Security division provided services. The annual value of work undertaken was c. £0.5m. Notwithstanding an outstanding debt at the point of liquidation of approximately £0.2m, current trading and opportunities available to the Group enable us to maintain current forecasts.
