Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that Glenn Swaby will imminently inherit 20,500 Ordinary Shares from the estate of his late father. The Company also announces that on 10 June 2013 Andy Church purchased through his SIPP 3,523 ordinary 1 pence shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.59 pence per share. Following these transactions Andy and Glenn's shareholdings are as follows:
