Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised today that Anthony Coombs' wife, Mrs Andrea Coombs, has today on the 27th June 2013 transferred 21,000 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to the Andrea Caroline Coombs Trust 2013.

Following this transfer, the beneficial holdings of Anthony Coombs remain unchanged at 1,471,227 Ordinary Shares representing 12.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
