TheΒ optionΒ awards were all made onΒ 26thΒ MayΒ 2009.
The earliest date the awards will vestΒ isΒ onΒ 26thΒ MayΒ 2012. The vesting of the awards is subject toΒ remaining in employment with the Company for three years.
