Director/PDMR Shareholding
S & U were advised today thatΒ Anthony Coombs,Β Chairman, transferred 20,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding into hisΒ Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). For the purpose of the transfer the shares wereΒ sold at 240p andΒ bought backΒ by the SIPPΒ at 240.25pΒ onΒ 13 January 2009.

His beneficial holding therefore remains at 546,330 Ordinary Shares representing 4.65 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
