Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today of the following grants of security over shares in the Company.

Mr Anthony Coombs, Chairman of the Company, has a beneficial interest in 546,330 ordinary shares in S&U, representing 4.65 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. Since August 2008 219,510 of these shares have been charged as security for loans taken out by Mr Combes with Barclays Bank.
