The Company has grantedΒ share optionsΒ in respect of a number of ordinary sharesΒ in S & U PLCΒ as set out in column (2) ofΒ the table below to the directors and PDMRs set out in column (1) in that table under theΒ Company's DiscretionaryΒ Share OptionΒ Plan ("DSOP").
TheΒ optionΒ awards were all made onΒ 17thΒ June 2008.
Awards will vest onΒ 17thΒ June 2011. The vesting of the awards is subject toΒ remaining in employment with the Company for three years.
