Result of Annual General Meeting
Sureserve (AIM : SUR), the compliance and energy services Group, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed, with the exception of Resolution 4 which was withdrawn ahead of the annual general meeting, following the earlier announcement today regarding Directorate change.
