Sureserve (AIM: SUR), the compliance and energy services Group, confirms the following details after the exercise of options as part of the Sureserve Group plc Special Incentive Award Plan ( 2019 ), and as detailed in the RNS issued on 6 April 2021. Following the settlement of all related tax considerations Peter Smith, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has received 95,837 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ( " Ordinary shares " ).
Following the acquisition, Mr Smith has a total beneficial interest in 95,837 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
