Sureserve Group plc ( AIM : SUR ), the social housing energy services Group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at https://www.sureservegroup.co.uk/plc/investors/results-and-presentations/ and https://www.sureservegroup.co.uk/plc/investors/shareholder-information/meetings-and-voting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at The City of London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DS, at 10.00 a.m. on 22 March 2022, full details of which are contained in the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
