Chief Executive stepping down
The Company announces that, for personal reasons, Nigel Godefroy will be stepping down as Chief Executive of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc and will leave the Company on 30th September 2011.
Nigel has been Chief Executive since 2004 and employed by the Group for 19 years and the Board wishes to record its appreciation for the tremendous contribution he has made to the development of Sutton Harbour and the Group's activities.
Michael Knight, Chairman, added; "Nigel has given many years loyal service to the Group and has been instrumental in creating a substantial asset base to provide future growth in revenues and values. Our focus remains on our strategy of developing our core marine and regeneration activities."
Jason Schofield, property director, and who has been actively involved in the development of the Group's strategy, will become acting Chief Executive with immediate effect to ensure continuity while the Company goes through the process of appointing a new Chief Executive and Nigel will be available to the Group to facilitate a smooth transition of knowledge and responsibilities.
