Framework Appointment

Styles&Wood, the integrated property services and project delivery specialist, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as one of nine partners by the UK Government to help deliver its major estate reorganisation programme.

The Group has been selected under Lot 2 of the Fit-Out Framework for the Government Hubs Programme to deliver Northern projects up to a value of £25 million. The Programme is designed to reshape the Government's office estate from approximately 800 buildings to around 200 by 2023, comprising 18 to 22 strategic hubs across the UK, located in major city centre conurbations.

The framework partners will help to deliver the Government's strategy of redesigning, reshaping and reducing its estate to achieve better value for money and to deliver enhanced services.
