Directors' Dealings
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that today, 18 April 2011, Jim Martin, Chairman, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Jim Martin now has a beneficial interest in 283,509 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.46 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
