Notification of transactions of Director/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company announces today that directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities were granted conditional nil-cost options under the Styles & Wood Group plc 2006 Performance Share Plan.
The options have been granted as follows:

The options are exercisable from 10 October 2015 to 10 October 2022 with Exercise conditional upon the Company meeting performance targets set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company and which trigger vesting on an incremental scale.
