Dealings by PDMR

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that on 13 December 2012, Jim Martin and Paul Mitchell, Non Executive Directors of the Company acquired 82,500 and 167,500 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively. The shares were acquired at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Jim Martin now has a beneficial interest in 366,009 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.59 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and Paul Mitchell now has a beneficial interest in 238,823 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.39 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
