Dealings by PDMR

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that, 16 September 2011, Steven Ramsden, a PDMR, acquired 100,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.25 pence per Ordinary Share and 156,818 ordinary 25p shares at a price of 11.00 pence per Ordinary Share

Following the above purchase, Steven Ramsden now has a beneficial interest in 256,818 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.42 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
