Dealings by PDMR

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that on 7 December 2012, Robert Hough, Non Executive Director, acquired 25,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Robert Hough now has a beneficial interest in 69,599 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
