Notice of EGM
SMG plc announces that a circular has been issued to shareholders in relation to the sale of Virgin Radio to TIML Golden Square Ltd, announced on 2 June 2008.
The circular includes the notice convening the General Meeting of shareholders to be held at 10.30 am on Friday 20th June 2008 at which approval for the sale of Virgin Radio will be sought. The meeting will be held at SMG plc, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ.
