STV GROUP PLC (the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR AND PCA SHAREHOLDING
STV Group plc announces that on 20 April 2018, Paula Watt, the wife of George Watt, Chief Financial Officer of the Company transferred a total of 8,702 ordinary shares of 50p pence each in the Company held in her own name, into Individual Savings Accounts ("ISAs") held in her own name and in name of her husband, George Watt, as set out below.
The number of shares held by George Watt and his closely associated persons remains unchanged.
