Spiritel PLC15 February 2005 For immediate release 15 February 2005 SPIRITEL PLC ("Spiritel" or "the Company") Signs Voice Termination Agreement with Level 3 Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased toannounce that it has signed a reciprocal voice call termination agreement withLevel 3 Communications Inc, the international communications and informationservices company. Spiritel, through its Expo Communications division, will provide Level 3, whichoperates one of the largest Internet backbones in the world, with cost-effectivemobile call termination in the UK and across Europe. In addition, under areciprocal arrangement, Expo Communications will use Level 3's (3) Voice(R)Termination service to provide termination for its customer traffic to the US.
