This follows the recent appointment of Anthony Voseto the Board with the acquisition of Ashland Group and allows Mr. Willard toconcentrate on his other business and consulting interests. Mark Willard founded Spiritel in 2001 and was instrumental in its earlydevelopment, including the Company's listing on AIM in July of 2004. He is aprevious Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
