PDMR Share Purchase
The Company has been notified that Michael Kayser, a Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group, purchased on 3 November 2011, 62,500 Ordinary Shares in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at 119.3 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Michael's interest in Stobart is 114,166 shares, representing 0.032% of the Group's issued share capital.
