Director Shareholding
Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, was notified on 21 September 2017 that on 21 September 2017 Andrew Tinkler, Executive Director of Stobart Group sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 285 pence per share.
This sale was made in accordance with a Trading Plan referred to in the announcement dated 20 September 2017.
