Board Change

Jesper Kjaedegaard has decided to retire from the board as a non-executive director and consequently he will not be seeking re-election at the Annual General Meeting in June. The Board thanks him warmly for his contribution both to the Board and the business over a number of years.

Non-executive director, Paul Orchard-Lisle, will replace Mr Kjaedegaard as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
