Director Dealing in Shares
Stobart announces that, pursuant to the Stobart Long Term Incentive Plan, Ben Whawell, a Director of Stobart, has today sold 61,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.30 per Ordinary Share in order to settle the relating tax obligation. Following this transaction Ben Whawell is interested in 97,906 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Group.
