PDMR Shareholding
STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces that on 19 September Kevin Dann, Managing Director (who is a PDMR) of STM Life Assurance PCC PLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of STM Group PLC, has purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 54.55 pence per Ordinary Share for his personal pension scheme (SIPP).
Following the above transaction, the SIPP holds 60,000 Ordinary Shares.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on this transaction.
