Board Update

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, is pleased to announce the extension of Therese Neish's contract as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

As announced on 3 October 2022, Therese signed a 12-month contract with the Company as Interim Chief Financial Officer (and Board member) (the "Contract"). The Company and Therese have agreed to extend the Contract until 31 December 2023.
