Director Resignation

StreaksAI PLC (LSE: STK), a UK-based generative AI platform, announces that Phil Blows has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil Blows for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.

The Board also announces that Mike Edwards, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will assume the role of Interim CEO.
