Transactions in own shares
Further to the announcements made on 27 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 St. James's Place plc (the Company) announces that on 15 April 2025 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The figure of 537,782,017 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
