Directorate changes
Following the sale by Lloyds Banking Group plc (“LBG”) of its remaining holding in St. James’s Place plc (“SJP”) by way of a placing to institutional shareholders, the Relationship Agreement between LBG and SJP has terminated in accordance with its terms. As a consequence of this, the two directors representing LBG on the SJP Board, being Sue Harris and Alison Hewitt, have resigned from the SJP Board with effect from the end of the year.
