Barclays Warrants

On 24 October 2008 the Company executed a share warrant instrument (the "Warrant Instrument") in favour of Barclays Converted Instruments (No.2) Limited ("Barclays"), constituting and regulating warrants to subscribe for up to 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a subscription price of £0.004 per share (the "Warrants").

On 28 October 2010, the Group and Barclays agreed that the Warrant Instrument be terminated and the Warrants cancelled on payment by the Company to Barclays of £24,000. This payment has now been made and on receipt by the Company of the warrant certificate, the Warrants will be cancelled.
