Re Directorate
Interactive Prospect Targeting Holdings plc announces that Mr. Bart Faber, a non executive Director of the Group since July 2004 and a resident of Arizona USA, has given notice of his intended resignation. A date for his resignation has not yet been agreed but it will be no later than 26 May 2009.
It is the Board's intention to appoint one or more Directors in due course.
Nicholas Ward, Chairman, said:
"I should like to thank Bart Faber for his contribution to the Group since its flotation in 2004 and particularly for his unfailing support since I became Chairman last June. I understand his wish to stand down from the Board given the distance involved and I am grateful for the fact that he has been working without remuneration".
