Interactive Prospect Targeting HoldingsΒ plcΒ announces that Mr. Bart Faber, a non executive Director of the Group since July 2004Β and a resident of Arizona USA, has given notice of his intended resignation. A date for his resignation has not yet beenΒ agreedΒ butΒ itΒ willΒ beΒ no later thanΒ 26 May 2009.
It is the Board's intention to appoint one or more Directors in due course.
Nicholas Ward, Chairman, said:
"I should like to thank BartΒ FaberΒ for his contribution to theΒ GroupΒ since its flotation in 2004 and particularlyΒ for his unfailing supportΒ sinceΒ I becameΒ Chairman lastΒ June. I understand his wish to stand down from the Board given theΒ distance involved and I am grateful for the fact that he has been working without remuneration".
