Appointment of Financial Adviser
StratMin Global Resources Plc (AIM: STGR) is pleased to announce the appointment of VSA Capital Limited ("VSA") as Financial Adviser to the Company, with immediate effect.
VSA is an international investment bank with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and alternative financing transactions for resources companies. The teams in London and Hong Kong have assisted both private and public companies with transactions on several major exchanges.
