Strip Tinning Holdings plc (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connector systems to the automotive sector, announces the following transactions by Directors of the Company:
On 30 March 2026, Paul George, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 19.48 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Paul George's total beneficial interest in the Company is 51,256 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 30 March 2026, Matthew Taylor, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 22 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Matthew Taylor's total beneficial interest in the Company is 96,622 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 27 March 2026, Mark Perrins, Chief Executive Officer, made a 'Bed and ISA' transfer into his ISA account. In this transfer, Mark Perrins sold 26,393 Ordinary Shares at 18 pence per Ordinary Share and bought 26,174 Ordinary Shares at 18.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transfers, Mark Perrins' total beneficial interest in the Company is 27,054 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
