Stellar Diamonds plc, the London listed (AIM: STEL) diamond mining and exploration company focused on West Africa, announces that the Company's total issued ordinary share capital comprises of 283,683,650 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 283,683,650. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
