Director Shareholding

Stellar Diamonds plc announces that on the 4th September 2013, Lord Daresbury, non-executive Chairman of Stellar, transferred 4,436,914 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.025p per Ordinary Share from Corporation of Lloyds, Nameco (no. 76), a trust of which Lord Daresbury is a beneficiary, to his personal ownership (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Lord Daresbury's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed and remains at 7,869,379 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.60 per cent of Stellar's issued share capital.
