 Capital Repayment Payment

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 12 December 2024, Steppe Cement confirms that it made a Capital Repayment on 31 December 2024 of USD4,200,000 in cash, paid in GBP, representing 1.5093 pence per ordinary share of no par value each.

Terms used in this announcement, but which are otherwise undefined shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 15 November 2024.
