Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that an option over ordinary shares in the Company has been granted to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

The option was granted as part of the recruitment remuneration arrangements agreed with Mr Sypek when he was recruited as Managing Director, Poland.
Subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions related to key financial metrics, the option will vest as to: (a) one third of the shares, on 14 June 2019, (b) one third of the shares, on 14 June 2020 and (c) as to one third of the shares, on 14 June 2021.
